New Dash line
I finally rode the new Central City East Dash line yesterday. It had always been difficult for us to get to Little Tokyo by DASH or Metro. This new line fills in this gap, allowing us to go directly from 7th and Maple to Little Tokyo without transferring to another line. Unfortunately, this is a weekday only service and stops running at 6:30pm.
Since my girls’ current pre-school is located at Little Tokyo and I’ve been taking them and picking them up almost daily, this line could very useful for me. I usually don’t mind 15-20 minute walk to get there, but will definitely be useful if I’m in a hurry.
