CSA available in downtown

For those who like to buy fresh produce, but don’t have time to go to the local farmers markets, I ran across to an angelic.com post about a local CSA program available from Tierra Miguel Foundation. We’ll be able to pickup our packages at the Eastern Columbia’s front desk. If there is enough interest from our building, I’m sure they’ll be able to deliver the food directly to us.

The cost is $350 per season for deliveries every two weeks. To sign up, go to the Tierra Miguel Foundation’s contact page.

Solar Power

At Tuesday’s HOA meeting, it was brought up about adding solar power to our roof. In reading my RSS feeds tonight, I came acress to San Francisco Solar Map, which then led me to the state’s Go Solar California program, which has a references to solar installers, contractors, and tools.

Doing some more searching, I found LADWP’s Solar Incentive.
